Boiled eggs. Lots of Japanese mayo. Diced celery. Little bit of chopped dill pickles. Hot sauce. Tons of black pepper!

I love celery and other add-ins in my chicken salad, but in my egg salad, I only use mayo and Slap Ya Mama seasoning. I don’t like the soft egg texture to have crunchy veggies mixed in.
